第一部分：英文面试
开场寒暄
面试官走进来或视频接通时，先有 30–60 秒的破冰。这一段比正题还重要，决定第一印象。

networking 最难的不是开口，是体面地结束。直接说"I have to go" 太突兀。母语者用 I'm going to grab a drink 或 let me let you mingle——既不冒犯，又脱身。
